During the Italian Duathlon Sprint Championships, the city of Imola became the stage for a powerful moment in the Tri4All – Swim Bike and Run for ALL journey: 10 new athletes made their debut in the Paraduathlon discipline, thanks to the incredible support of Italian clubs that fully embraced the inclusive mission of the project.
Led by the Italian Triathlon Federation (FITri) and supported by 10 national federations across Europe, Tri4All is part of the Erasmus+ programme and aims to promote the participation of people with disabilities in paratriathlon, breaking down physical, economic and cultural barriers through sport. The project places strong emphasis on values such as inclusion, gender equality, volunteering, and healthy living.
The event in Imola is a concrete example of the project’s impact: a day of sport and connection that proves triathlon truly is for everyone.
